Decided to fork out on a set of clippers for my girl to save having to pay someone to do it, have borrowed a set of cattle clippers and done it myself in the past so noise isn't an issue! Am after a decent brand that will last, could anyone recommend one please?

I've had a set of Wolseley Swift clippers for over 10 years & they've never let me down. If you clean them after clipping, oil the blades & keep them in a warm dry place so as to prevent rust or deterioration they will last for many many years.
They are about £270 new however you can pick up barely used sets on ebay etc for much less. i.e. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wolseley-...t=UK_Horse_Wear_Equipment&hash=item33869661b8
