Best clippers for a Cushings pony??

Hiya, I need to buy a pair of clippers for my boy; and he does get a pretty solid coat. I've been looking at the Heiniger Progress clippers - would these do the job? Thanks in advance and any other recommendations would be welcome. Haven't got a huge budget, would like to not have to spend any more than about £150, and happy to buy 2nd hand.

I don't know about those clippers but I have some liverymann arena clippers, for my cushings mare, her coat is very thick and long, I just make sure the blades are sharpened after every full clip. have 4 sets just in case
