As title really! I have a grey Connie and am hoping to be able to do some more showing this year with him - probably M&M classes and some workers.

What colour tweed do you think looks best with a grey? He is the one in my sig and profile pic. The tweed I have on in my profile pic is dark green - I sold it as it was too big for me and am now wanting to invest in a nice one.

Cadbury crunchie rocks on offer!

I like green, myself. Though I know someone who has the most gorgeous mustard tweed with red windowpane overcheck that looks fantastic with her grey hunter. Quite tempted by that jacket myself.

I prefer green tweeds but that is my personal preference. I have a Mears green Keepers Tweed that goes with everything - bay darty, black fell, chestnut tb and grey tb.

Stunning! I've been overlooking the darker greens but after seeing that I'm going to have another look!

I know this is a thread about tweed jackets (I also vote green BTW ;)), but all the horses pictured are lovely.

*dreams about my grey being that clean*

Second dark green with blue collar as looks smart with anything. Mine is blue and looks rubbish with my current pony ( chestnut roan skewbald ) but can't justify buying a new one as only go out for a play a couple of times a year.

We should have a 'muddy grey V clean grey' thread in the Picture gallery and people could post two photos of the same horse, showing them as normal (muddy) and all cleaned up. :D

My old pony could win this every time! Luckily my current one doesn't get very muddy

Have a lovely desinger browbands, lightly used with pink and green! Paid £70! Was thrilled and love it! PP do lovely costs or Alexander James.

I don't have a picture, but Z looks lovely in her blue tweed on Kal (he's grey) . . . it's a very subtle blue with a grey/blue collar and it suits them both.

blue not that good for showing though Polarskye.

I have a mustard tweed with bright red overcheck and I love it, it seems to go with all horses!
(this lad isnt grey but shows the jackeet well!)
