Best company for HGV license?

I have managed to save the funds, and now want to gain my HGV license ASAP. Does anyone have any recommendations for (or advice against) companies to use?

This! I'm currently trying to recoup some of the large amount of money I foolishly paid out to a company who have since become impossible to get hold of. As I paid on a credit card I should hopefully be able to get something back. I'm not an idiot and did all the appropriate checks etc. but these guys are essentially professional con men and suckered me well and truly!

You WILL get all your money back as you used a CREDIT card because the service has not been provided
 
I'm based in the West Midlands, Staffs/Shrops borders. I am also trying to regain money paid out in good faith to a national company, sadly I was obviously too trusting and have since read awful reviews :( Feel quite disheartened but don't wat to let it put me off.
 
Bassetts near stone are fantastic. I did my test with them 18 months ago. Very efficient admin staff, instructor was fab, very patient and quickly understood my problem with nerves. I can't recommend them enough. I thought the price was very reasonable too mine cost about £900 if i remember correctly. I am hoping to go back there to do my C+E when I have saved up enough money!!!
