Best completely non-horsey products that you use on your horse?

Baby Johnsons products (shampoo, wipes etc)
Sudo-cream & clingfilm for mud fever scabs
Golden eye (eye drops from chemists)
Udder cream
Elnet hairspray (for plaits)
Cheap (£1.00) hair brushes from chemist for manes & tails
 
Listerine mouth wash ---- stopped my old mare rubbing tail. dab it on neat with cotton wool. do not use if skin is broken

Preperation H gel ----- Put it on new scars and shrinks them away!! make sure any cuts have completely healed.

It sounds ridiculous but Daz washing powder :o Obviously make sure your horse doesn't react to it first but It seriously brings white bits up soooo clean and the coat is sooo soft afterwards!
 
I have Tesco Value furniture polish for my mares tail, comes up a treat,

shoe polish as black hoof paint, doesn't come off quite as easilly as hoof polish,

baby oil for her muzzle when I show her makes it all shiny, just not too much on a hot day (Obvious reasons)

Brasso for cleaning sturrips, badged on boots, saddles ect, bit rings and i have even taken a paint scutt of pony's shoes too.

I think it was charles worthington, but it was a shampoo for brunettes, works well on a bay horse.

hair gel, i have some totally indestructable one, might even be what it's called :)

tea bags (for reducing swellings, they dont sit around all day swigging cups of tea.... often :p )
And not forgetting every horse persons best friend - Marigolds!! :D
