best cream for scratches,grazes etc and hair regrowth

just wanted ppls opinions on the best cream to use on my p/b arab youngster for his war wounds hes got quite a lot of cuts and scratches all over him none are open wounds but need the hair to grow back as did want to show him at some point this year

Once wound has healed then use MTG which is amazing for hair growth. My mare skinned her knees and used sudacream for the first 10 days. I then used MTG and hair grew back perfectly within a few weeks.

What ever is near to hand, Wondergel, Dermagel, Sudocrem. All seem to have equally good results for healing and hair regrowth on my lot.

Aloe Vera is the best, it can also help to reduce scarring if any of his war wounds are that bad

Dab of cornucrescene (sp?) once healed I found worked or surgical spirit but its not nice to handle!
