Best cure for stiffness

I took a cracking fall this morning, Spent the day in hospital and now so sore and stiff beyond belief.

Whats the best cure for the stiffness, I've just had a long hot shower and OMG, it's worse.

Any help much appreciated

I was riding one of the horses up at college and set off into canter, all was fine. until the horse behind reared mine set off leap buck, gallop, leap fly buck.

I almost had him pulled up then he stuck his head between his knees and bucked vertical i came flying off fell on my bad shoulder (now bruised beyond recognition) then tossed a few times.

Was knocked out was laid there for a few mins, until i herd lindsey asking if i could hear them

Sent to hospital with a suspected broken collar bone, Nothing showed up on x-rays so hopefully ok.

Just battered and bruised
