Following on my household cavalry thread.....

Mine are -

Pippa Funnell demo - years ago but she had supreme rock and he was very naughty! He spent more time in the air than on the ground but she was so chilled about it.

Household cavalry - both at Wembley and at the Royal Show, amazing!!

Carl Hester demo at YHL - love the guy, his horses and his way with them. Also very funny!

Mounted police demo at YHL - fascinating on how they train, they bought babies too and they are so chilled with them.

What about you?

Spanish Riding School on their own premises in Vienna - amazing.

Carl Hester, Perry Wood, Monty Roberts, Kelly Marks, Jennie Lorriston-Clarke were all amazing too. William Fox Pitt was good - but evening/jumping not really my thing so was lost slightly on me!

I havent been to many...

I have enjoyed Carl Hester at Badminton - Absolutely fab! - He brought along a baby- and showed off on a star.

I also enjoyed Monty Roberts at YHL - not my usual bag, but was impressed by what I saw that night.

I did go to the Spanish horses last week, whilst I enjoyed it to watch, it wasnt as good or as informative as the others (Yes Nicky Cambells talk I found annoying - Particularly when she said 'I cant do trot without stirrups, let alone canter!' - I cringed.

I've only seen one, I saw the blazing saddles stunt team at abereron welsh pony and cob festival last year and Ioced it mainly because it was something different

Household Cavalry at HOYS 2011 were very special
Mounted Police display
Royal Windsor in the Queens special year
Avignon 2009 Garde Republican, and Jean Francois Pignon, and others, amazing Crinieres D Or Performance

Mark Rashid at kingswood - amazing, insightful and exhausting with the about of info absorbed over 3 days! Would do it again tomorrow!
Enjoyed the SRS last time they came round and I always enjoy Heather Moffetts demo's, such small things that make such big changes.

The cavalry horses- sooo exciting and amazingly done!
Lorenzo the Flying Frenchman- he has such an amazing bond with his horses!
Olympia all round really!! :D:D

I love Geoff Billington.
Oli Townend & Geoff at Aintree are hilarious together (didn't get to go, but clips are on Youtube.)
Mary King & Lucinda Green are brilliant too.
