Best Dog Insurance?

I need to insure my Lab puppy. I've been told to get full life cover, but other than that, no advice. Does anyone have any experience of which companies to use or not to use?

PS I have equine and horsebox insurance with NFU - If I were to insure my puppy as well, would that bring any or all premiums down?

I have my labs and great dane with Sainsbury, all on life time cover and they are brilliant! One of my labs had major surgery to his hock a few weeks ago, and they paid £4k within 2 weeks.He is now 4 and he has had on going treatment since 6 months old and never had a problem. My great dane had a phantom pregnancy,pyometra and was then spayed and to my surprise they paid out on that aswell. Its a pity they don't do horses!!

My only advice is to read T&C of excess, I insured my GSD for years with More Than and 1 year they decided to change it and apply not only a fee but 10% of the rest of the claim, so you'll be looking at a lot of money in excess
