Best Dressage bloodlines/stallions of all time ?

Hi,

Which Dressage bloodlines do you all prefer and why ?. I'm really interested to see how people's opinions differ.

Personally I like the Donnerhall Rubinstein and Florestan lines for dressage but I prefer to see whats in front of me when I am looking at young horses

I like the Flemmingh bloodlines, very sensitive horses, smacking dressage horses (Krack C, grandson Vivaldi, Zhivago etc.)

Another vote for Flemmingh bloodlines - I have two Flemmingh grandbabies.

When I'm looking the ones I like more often than not have Rubinstein bloodlines.

It's really interesting to see the opinions ...... I must admit agree pretty much with everyone in different ways ..... My foal has Florestan lines out of a Don Frederico mare so I'm a little bias . As a previous eventer it's great to get all of your views, i have such an interest in DR bloodlines. Thankyou !

I would say that 90% of my breeding horses have Weltmeyer in them within 3 generations because I rate that line highly. However, it is personal preference too.

The top ones I would say are Rubinstein, Donerhall, Jazz, Weltmeyer, Negro and Flemmingh.
