Best Dressage training book??

Um, there are literally hundreds! Could you narrow it down? What sort of information are you after? Do you want more test oriented stuff, young horse, rider-focused? Any riders you particularly like?

If you are taking lessons then ask your instructor. There aren't massive differences between systems - except maybe between Classical and Competitive schools - but enough that, if you're relatively new to it, it makes life easier if everyone is on the same page, so to speak.

Jennie Loriston Clarke's book, I think it's called the Complete Guide to Dressage has good photos and explains things in a very clear, straight forward way. I have lent it to a few people who have all found it very helpful.

I'm converting my eventer into pure dressage due to injury. She's 9, so not young and dressage has always been her weakness unfortunately. Not looking for anything too advanced, just good tips and descriptions of correct aids Etc.

I love Jane Savoie's dressage 101. Incredibly simple to follow, and she presented it like a text book, everything was broken down into easy to follow explanations. Didn't hurt either that she was pretty similar to my instructor.

I really like HM's EE book - quite basic in a sense, but an easy (cover to cover even!) read, and nice clear descriptions of aids without too much imaginative/flowery language so doesn't leave you guessing too much - wish I didn't keep lending mine to people!! I like Carl Hester's books too, think one, 'down to earth dressage' maybe? might be better in some ways than the other I have but again, interesting reads without too much 'extra'! 101 schooling exercises is always good too - especially if you have no imagination like me :o
