I had a cheapo £60 but the one I have at the moment is a Livery fenceman I got it off the internet it was £125 they do lots of different ones and it depends on how much tape you need to electrify. I use to buy the batteries from Halfords with a charger(you will need that) not tried a solar but was tempted unfortunately they are very pricey.
