Best fit black plain or jean style breeches - recommendations?

As title really. I am looking for a black breech or jean style in heavy duty cotton/elastyne autumn/winter weight that are also stylish.
I am 5`9" and a size 31-32 waist, got skinny knees so cheap breeches are often baggy there.
Any recommendations for a best fit, nicest buy etc?

I got some nice ones from Caldene - they come in black or navy

My skinny friend has the Pikeur jean breeches and she looks fab in them.
I bought the Derby house jean breeches and i have found them baggy.
Just seen the new Mountain Horse ones in the Rideaway catalogue and they look nice, may have to buy them

The Derby House bog standard £30 cotton jods are lovely. Well, the 24" ones fit me fine at 5'2" and 7st-10. My legs are very skinny below the knees
