Given that I would never feed raw what brand of really high class dog food would you recommend? There are SO many conflicting reviews out there!
Best food for working cockers?

I don't know if it is considered really high class, but my dogs do very well on Simpsons Premium. There are various varieties (grain free, 80:20 etc). I have tried the ones that get the best reviews such as Orijen but have found it just too rich and high in protein for my dogs, so they have been on Simpsons for years now.
