Best hacking in Northumberland?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of moving to Northumberland and I've heard the hacking up there is amazing... can anybody tell me where they think the best hacking is and I'd love to know why you think that (is it woodland, open land, off-road etc.?)... any ideas very welcomed! Oh and if you are at a livery yard you really recommend would love to know it's name as well. Just doing a bit of research at this stage. Thanks!!

We are north of Hexham and there's lots of off road round here although it's not always easy riding - very varied terrain, rivers, obstacles and so on (and some poorly maintained gates). I love it. The coast has some stunning beach rides further north. I can't recommend any yards as I have the horses at home and the only one I did use temporarily I didn't like. But that'd probably be true of any yard tbf!
