Best harrow for menage/arena?

Hello, was wondering if anybody had any experience with harrowing; just bought my own stables and have recently erected a sand school/menage. Would I be better off using a menage grader, or sticking to the traditional harrows?

Have been looking at this one, could anybody tell me if they've had any experience with it?

The effectiveness and type of leveler will depend a lot on what type of surface you have. I think this would work well on the heavier ,sand based surfaces that need little compaction. The Fibre surfaces in my experience ,need a lot of hammering down and somthing with a roller made from heavy steel rods works better.It looks a handy tool if used for the right job.

Thanks for your replies guys, have looked at both of them and think the Chapman's one looks a bit robust, although that might just be the wider tyres; what does everybody else think?
