Hi,

Can anyone recommend a hayfever supplement for my horse which isnt expensive? Until pay day, I am pretty broke but she really needs something now. Her eyes are streaming and she is holding her left eye slightly closed. Her headshaking has started and she is rubbing her nose on everything!

She gets this every year and I usually give her Global Herbs Shakefree but I cant afford this at the moment.

Can anyone help? :(

Thanks

None all expensive. However, you could try one of those online pharmacies and buy a big pot of antihistamines for a fiver!

Mine does'nt suffer as bad as yours luckly he just get's running eye and a silght cough. I have find useing Tesco's blue packet hayfever tabs work's a treat. One a day I also use vaniseen in his nose. Hope you find one soon

Thanks guys.

I was at Tescos yesterday, didnt event think about hayfever tablets. Will give some ago.

Am feeling really bad that I cant afford her usual supplement. I'm a new Mummy so priorities change and money disappears FAST! :(

Hi Saddlesore,

Im not sure, I used Global Herbs Shake Free which is fantastic. Cleared her eyes and stopped headshaking. I used the liquid which I think is about £30ish a month. A bit pricey for me this month!

A friend uses Naf Breath Easy Herbs and says they are good but dont stop headshaking all together. x
