I only ride on days that end in Y

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it

My new horse was sold to me as a real gentleman to ride. He is. When we have to go over a fence, he insists on "ladies first".

The more I meet men, the better my horse looks.

My husband says, if I spend one more weekend at a horse-show, he'll leave me. Darn - the horse and I will miss him!

How to ride a horse:
Step One - Get on the horse.
Step Two - Stay on the horse.

More used in the motorbike fraternity, but I think it has its place in the horse world!

They're a bit like certain brands of car. You think yours is quite unusual, and then when you get one you notice all the others! :D

its totally true and after seeing urs allie and commenting on it i was going to track down the other one on her i reconised and then paint me proud found us lol.

the looks might be were the simularities change :) mine is a 16hh mare.

well it was a stupied fall. i was cantering with a friend and her horse spooked at some tires but had been spooking all on and of for the last half hour and mind had been ignoring her and this time she didnt but i had assumed she would and i just went out the side door. totally my fault for not paying attention. fell on my bum then rolled. so only aches nothing serious:)

(said tongue in cheek but wiht lots of drama). I love it.
