Best horsie book!!

Blind Beauty is a fab book and so so sad :( Also a bit of a guilty pleasure but I love Dick Francis' books. Off now to download all there suggestions :)

I love Jilly Cooper *shame* although wasn't too keen on her latest, Jump I was though a huge fan of Riders and Polo!

I also liked Rough Ride by PJ King but I have to warn you when I read I tend to read utter junk so I don't have to concentrate!

The one dollar horse by Lauren st john

Only if you fancy a good laugh! I nearly wallbanged this for being SO ridiculous. Kept ringing up my mum to read her the latest inaccuracy about horses/competing/the rules of eventing that I found as I was ploughing through it :D Awful, awful book!

I still have a whole shelf of pony books. My faves are the Jill series and Josephine Pullein-Thompson's Pony Club books. I love Dream of Fair Horses too but it's so sad I can't bring myself to read it again :(

Have they made the heartland books available on kindle? last time i looked it was only the french editions. also what about the Shanti books about the chesnut arab mare in scotland?

gosh i remember this! i had a book with 3 stories in one. Fly by night, Summer of Horses and i cant remember the 3rd. Fly by night was the best out of the 3!

The Team.

(Then there was another series with the same main character and some others, but I didn't like those)
