best insurance company??

Hi All
ive been getting quotes which seem to vary massively. What are peoples thoughts and experiences with KBIS, SEIB, Insurance Emporium or any others you would recommend please?

Cheapest seems to be insurance emporium so keen to know about anyone who has used them!?

SEIB just increased my premium by 60% at renewal but the one year that I was with them they settled a claim without issues.
IE is a part of what used to be the dodgy E&L insurers I think? Although feedback on these dodgy ones is much better nowadays I personally wouldn't go there.
I think with any of the reputable ones (KBIS, SEIB,.NFU , Carriagehouse, PetPlan) the service is probably about the same. As long as you read their terms and conditions and don't try to claim for a pre- existing condition you should be fine.

Read the T&Cs. Ins Emporium is the cheapest for low levels of cover. You need to decide what you want & need - and what you can afford. I use KBIS, have always paid out promptly on my numerous claims but you do get exclusions - I think thats the same with all of them

I am with insurance emporium and have had 2 claims this year for £6000 and £4500 (2 different horses). Both were paid quickly and directly to the vets with no quibble.

They will exclude now and put my premiums up but that would happen with any insurer.

Insurance emporium are great paid out on a horse I’d only had 5 weeks no quibble and subsequent vets bills.
