Best insurance for pregnant mare

Which type of insurance would you recommend for a mare that is pregnant? Others are insured with E&L but I haven't insured this mare as she isn't ridden. Are there policies specifically for pregnant mares and that would cover foaling difficulties?

NFU covered me for everything relating to the mare and birth - but not for the foal when born
