best jodphurs boots with front zip?

hi,
I need to buy some jodphurs boots with a front zip that won't fall apart in 3 months and are waterproof. Also if anybody knows of good chaps/gaiters that would be great!
 
I have some Toggi ones that are really good and comfy. I also have a pair that wear bought in an emergency, foot wear wise, for about £20 which are fair just as well, if not better than the Toggi ones. Both are water proof, and the cheap pair don't look that cheap either.
 
I second Ariats

I have the heritage zip III and
They are soo comfy and will last forever
I wear mine for everything including mucking out, muddy fields, jumping, schooling ,
Hacking
 
Also I have the concord chaps to match and together they look like
Long boots !

I used compete in them but have some mountain horse supreme high rider now for that as chaps are too short and wide but doesn't matter at home
 
I've just bought some Brogini boots from Snowhill (you need an account) £18!!!!!!! I've got a pair of ariat gaiters that has lasted and lasted - I literally bought them about 11 years ago!!!!
 
Ariat customer service is excellent and if anything goes wrong with their products they generally replace them, even when the boots are over a year old!

I bought Dublin short boots (with front zip) and gaiters as I decided the Ariats were too pricey when I had already splashed out on Ariat long boots. However, having had Ariat replace a pair of 18 month old long boots for free when the zip went in one of the old boots I would now always buy Ariat.
 
I bought some Just Togs ones from Your Horse Live about 3 years ago and they've been brilliant - they've been worn constantly, scrub up beautifully for shows and are really comfy. They're only just starting to look a bit tired and I will buy a new pair for shows. They weren't marketed as waterproof but I've never had wet feet.
