There are so many out there! Just wondering which ones people used and had the best results with??

Thanks in advance

I think that some suit some horses better than others, so it's partly trial and error. I also think it depends on what you are feeding it for.

I started feeding Nupafeed Flex GLM a few years ago for maintenance, but didn't notice much change and found it easier to buy from the Feed Merchants than mail order, so used NAF Superflex for ages and was pleased with it.
However, my horse is now suffering with Arthritis and I recently swapped back to Nupafeed after my Mum's dog was transformed on it, and have been astounded at the difference in him!
He has turned into a 2 year old! Every morning he is playing with the youngsters, rearing, hooning around the field and being a complete and utter hooligan, not bad for a Arthritic old bag that just a few months ago was barely field sound on 2 bute a day!

He was on Cortaflex for a short while but I didn't rate it much at all!

Arthriaid HA. This has been the best for my horse who carries a hock injury.

Equistro Flexadin would be my first choice but I can't afford it

. This was the supplement my vets recommended after my horse's surgery and I got one pot on the insurance.

I vote for Cortaflex. Even helped prevent stocking up when stabled overnight. I have used CortaVET too and didn't find this as effective.

Lots of different ones about - Recent research showed Cosequin was only one which actually contained amounts it said on the tin (lots say they contain higher quantities but on actual analysis were much lower) & Cosequin also only one which has a published academic research base. Have recently managed to import new Cosequin ASU (for event horses) from USA - couldn't find it in UK

Used to use Cortaflex but after Bronson was diagnosed with bone spavin the vet suggested Newmarket Joint Supplement. Now he seems much better and does not creak first thing in a morning!

Hi, I`ve been using 5* superflex and TBH I`ve not noticed any difference in my mare. She usually comes out of the stable in the morning with the first 4-5 strides a little short then she walks completely fine and works normal. I thought I`d try her on the above to see if it helps.
I have recently had her back and body checked over by chiro/massager and she told me that someone she knew had tried the feedmark Extraflex HA and the horse has had some great results with it. I also searched for it on here earlier and it seems a few on here have tried it too with good results and some say it is better than cortaflex.
I have since put some magnetic wraps on her hind legs for overnight in the stable...
