Hello!

I have a lovely black saddle that has gone a bit brown where the stirrup leathers have rubbed. I have cleaned and conditioned it which has helped but not quite gotten it dark enough to blend in.

Is there any brilliant product out there that could help get it black or close to again please?

Thanks in advance. :)

I haven't tried it myself so I can't vouch for it, but PeeWee Saddlery make one in havana and black. She sells leather care products that she developed, they're not mass market.

I've heard it's not the best ingredients for the saddles since but I used Effax's black oil on my saddle to restore the colour and it did a brilliant job.

Thank you. I'll pop that on the list.
I've ordered Gold Label Magic Black and Gold Label Hide Food to try first, fingers crossed!

Just wanted to update this one! I used the Gold Label Magic Black yesterday and their Hide Food and I'm pretty impressed! I think the Magic Black will need a couple of goes but so far so good and the Hide Food has really softened up the leather already.
