Best lite standard neck turnout

I have a very petite Welsh B , last year she had a no fill Horseware Amigo but it was very baggy around her neck and therefore the rain ended up soaking underneath her neck area . Can anyone suggest a rug that is better suited to finer ponies .
She has a combo medium weight so it’s just something for the autumn/spring

I was going to suggest Horsewear rugs as I find the suit the finer horses. Don’t try a Shires rug then as they are more suited to deeper chested horses. I’m wondering in the horse wear rugs with the V front clips may suit better?
