Best moody mare supplement?

Definitely going to try my mare on a supplement to try and regain some normality in her behaviour. There are loads of supplements available though, has anyone tried any of them? I know Regumate is good (my vet has said he would prescribe it too) but VERY expensive. Has anyone had any success with anything else? I created a poll - just for fun! Feel free to vote!!

Voted for oestress takes the stressy/spooky levels down for my mare but she's not evil with it, just stressed and spooky.

Frisky mare plus was the only one that touched my mare. Haven't given her anything like that in years, the more experienced I got with the the less moody she was or maybe I just got used to it lol

We wanted a sure stop to becoming in season so we went for Regumate for our 2 mares, for spring/summer. Not sure how effective the supplements are a d we needed to be FEI legal or declarable.

I just manage mine and like claireandnadia, have got better with practice.

I use to use one called Hormonize and that worked well for my mare. It seems to be quite difficult to find now.
