Thank you all for the vibes yesterday :)

We trundled off to Halifax this morning with my heart in my mouth........However the vet could not be happier :) He was amazed how well she has done and he pronounced her sound :) He scaned both stifles and said crack on.....get her as fit as possible and enter for Stafford in March!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

I cannot believe it.....the news is still sinking in. After nearly losing her and then the prospect of her never being sound again....... My little pony is back :) :) So happy I can't stop smiling :) :)

Well worth the five hour round trip ;);)

Fantastic news really chuffed for you. I'm off up to Halifax myself on Thursday to see Peter schofield for a follow up on my mares neck issue. Dreading it tbh praying for good news.

It was Peter that did the surgery on my little mare :) Everything crossed for you on Thursday :) You can tell him I'm still smiling....and looking forward to Stafford :) Let me know how your mare is :)

He's amazing isn't he?! Just hope he's worked a miracle on my girl. She's just had another physio session and she's happy with her back now which had started to bother her due to compensatory issues. Hope the injections in the neck have worked. I'll know tomorrow hopefully and if it's good news it will be all over this forum lol! I may even put a full page spread in a newspaper!
