Best outdoor under rug for big shoulders?

Help please!

I have a Rambo Duo, but the liner only lasted 4 days last year as my mare had a great time destroying it and I thought it seemed to slip qute a bit...

So I need a rug to go underneath it, probable around 200g fill, no neck, that won't slip and will fit her silly chunky WB shoulders without breaking the bank

Any recommendations?

Shires, Masta and Mark Todd fit my lad the best with his great shoulders - Animo, Fal, Rambo won't touch him

Over the years i have tried most rugs on my big wide shoulder gypsy cob and the only rug that fits and does not rub is fal rugs.

Horseware Ireland, Mark Todd and Weatherbeeta fit my boy the best and he has very wide shoulders!
