Best place for a cheap fluorescent 1/4 sheet?!

Evening, I am on posting fire! Lol
I am looking for any recommendations of the best places to by reflective/neon quarter sheets.

I'm not sure if some posters may know about Catlips (A-M-A-Z-I-N-G PLACE!) But they unfortunately didn't have any the other day when I was there as I'm more than happy to go 2nd hand, preloved items are welcomed!

eBay seems to be a little on the expensive side and most of the places I have looked seem to be too!
Any ideas will be happily welcomed!

eBay for less than 20 quid, I think 17.99 inc delivery is what I paid. Then I got a second hand (looks new) equafleece one for 20

derby house were selling their own make orange fluorescent exercise sheets for £10 the other day.

I have a couple but one of them is really good as the horwe can wear it all year round. It's by Equafleece and when not in use you can roll it up to the back of your saddle. Here it is http://www.equafleece.co.uk/store/quarter_sheets.html
