Best place to advertise.. Livery Yards?

Where have you found the best place has been to advertise??

Been advertising a bit but not having much intrest , where you got the best responses?

I have found facebook the best place so far!!! I'm in Kent and we have some local 'kent horseystuff' 'kent horses' pages, and they have been really good - got FAR more interest from them, than the local tack shops and local magazines (which are expensive!!!). 'Preloved' website site seems to be quite good as well....good luck! Things are really slow at the moment, all the yards round here have vacancies :S

Get yourself a laminated coloured poster up in all local tack shops to stand out from the crowd, with phone numbers attached underneath x

You could also put an add on ******* and local publications

hi kittycat where are you in kent????? i am desperatley lookink for a vacancy and cant find anything!! i am in mid kent so, detling, bluebell hill, medway and bredhurst ect cant find anything with a school :-(

Also i notice that many, many yards have Facebook pages which seem to be really good for not only advertising but communicating regarding events, yard news and so on. If you actually google some yards there FB page comes up in results before their actual website!
