Best place to advertise new livery yard?

What websites will be/are the best for advertising a new livery yard? And what is the main pointers to go in the add? Thanks

In my experience, to get yourself started and a good reputation, take out a 12 month advert in your local Ad Trader (aka Freeads). You are probably looking to attract within a 20 mile radius. Put a card up in the local vets/feed merchants etc, and make yourself known at the local RC/PCs.

Pointers: Acreage, amount of turnout, facilities, i.e. school, walker, restroom and hacking, tuition available, security, fencing.

i would advertise in local feed merchants/farm shops maybe, not sure if you are doing this on top of the other advert(s)
