Best place to buy Cushionride top-up please?

My cushionride surface has now been down for nearly 4 years & badly needs a top-up as it's gone slippery & dusty. Are there any bargains to be had? I would like to replace it with sand & rubber but I can't for a few years as the house needs urgent building work.

All suggestions appreciated.
