Best place to buy equestrian clothing?

Well it's a pretty broad question! It depends. What do you mean by best? Best quality? Best price? Best customer service? Best on line? Closest to home? Widest selection of goods?

There is no 'Best Place', it depends on what you want to buy. Do you want a pair of jods for £20 or do you want a pair of breeches for £150. Do you want a riding hat for £30 or one for £350. It is unlikely you would be able to buy these items all from the one outlet. Different shops & websites cater for different price ranges of clothing. Decide on the amount you want to spend & then you will know which stores would be your best bet. :)

Let's say mid range.....and if there is no one best place, perhaps some recommendations for places that others have found satisfactory?

Equestrian Clearance. Good selection, brilliant customer service and fast delivery.

Exactly this. Equestrian Clearance is always my first stop these days. They're helpful, everything is delivered fast and if you have a problem, they will help you or accept a return quickly. Their prices are often the best too and I like their own brand stuff (have the jods and country boots).

I have just used Country & Stable of Olney for the first time. I thought that they were really good. I think that they are mainly online, but they seem to have a decent customer service team.

Their website is www.countryandstable.com. Definitely worth a look.

Will try equestrian clearance. Last time I rode regularly Derby House was the go to retailer but I see that's not the case any more!
