Best place to find someone to ride my horses?

Excuse my ignorance on these matters but where would the best place for me to look/advertise to try and find an experienced rider/groom to come in and lend a hand schooling my horses?

Had a look on walls in local tack shops but all the freelance grooms dont ride, just lunging etc. Would just like to find someone who could pop a couple of jumps on them (I'm not the boldest jumper in the world!!) and maybe hack out with me as I am short of time to bring them on after being offered a friends horse to dressage on over the summer. Local instructor I contacted wanted £40 per hour...! Willing to pay but not quite that much!!!

Are there any websites etc that I could find someone? Any ideas appreciated!

Where are you?
Try a local equestrian college, you're best bet is probably looking for a competent young rider

Ahhh! never thought of that!

We are just outside Guildford so near to Merrist Wood. Although the 2 MW students I know I wouldnt let near my horses! Am sure they aren't all like that though....
