for a sane, safe horse for novice OH. Doesn't need to be anything special, just a bit of an allrounder or happy hack, but he is 6ft 4ins and 15 stone, so needs to be biggish weight carrier.

Thinking maybe auctions, possibly loan, etc...am in Bristol. I know of horsemart etc, but wondered if anyone had experience of Malvern horse sales or any other local ones.

Ask around locally. Riding Club, Vet, Blacksmith, tack shop etc. The last place I would look would be an auction.
