Best place to sell saddle?

Not very helpful, but all I say is good luck. I've had my lovely saddle for sale for 4 months now, advertised everywhere and also with a very well known saddler and no luck. If I was prepared to sell it for £100 then would have sold it 10 times over, it appears people are just looking for a bargain at the moment.

Anyway, the sites I have advertised on are gumtree, preloved, adtrader, etc

Good luck!

Ah thank you!
I wasn't sure if ebay was a good idea-there are some mixed reviews! It's such a shame as it was a 21st birthday present and I have barely used it : (
I am potentially buying a new horse (I miss riding toooo much!) and he will come with a saddle, so I need any extra money I can get from this one!

I'd try Preloved before ebay as it's free to advertise & ebay takes a chunk of fees. Are you near any tack shops with a second hand section? Could be worth trying there too, I've got one nearish to me and there are loads of lovely second hand saddles and it's very busy there, they don't hang about long. Good luck!

Saddles direct. They may make you an offer outright or will sell on commission, or you can do a plain advert with them. Has worked for me.

Ive just sold my Albion dressage saddle by advertising it on Facebook! I just said it was for sale on my wall and couple of weeks later someone asked if i still had it and they have bought it

I had to drop my saddle to £340 to sell it in the end from £600! I had most replies from horsemart, british dressage and preloved. EBay was useless.

I brought a couple of saddles from ebay supposed to be in excellent condition and I was so disappointed both were pretty much falling to pieces despite the photos which I am sure were not the actual saddles I was sent (one was a different colour!) at the time I was looking for a 15" wide GP. They don't seem to be very popular when it comes to whats up for sale.
