i know its a mission - but abersoch....
its amazing. ie galloped down tha beach several times
just sand, no rocks, stones etc and dolphins!!!

I think Barmouth is closest for us - but from memory i think its all stony and my barefoot horsie would hate that !
Autoroute says 2hr39 to Abersoch but i have a feeling in our lorry on those roads its more like 3hr20 ! Thats not too long in a lorry is it ? (never really gone out of county with them!) and do they have parking space for a lorry?
