Best pony/horse sales in South?

So yeah where is the best sales to go to to pick up a nice pony type as a project?
Ideally 14.2hh-15hh leg in each corner type 3-8 year olds how much do they usually sell for?

Beaulieu road sales often have a few older, broken horses going through. Don't normally make more than a few hundred.
