best post antibiotic pre/probiotics?

My mare has been on 10 days of oral doxycycline and is now on 5-10 days of I/m marbocyl to try to sort out ostemylitis in her jaw bone. Whether or not any of it is going to work is another question entirely. However, not surprisingly her gut has been.affected. About half way through the first course her droppings became very dark with a vile stench then she became quite loose but still dark and stinky. The smell lessened and poops became greener but still very loose

Blooming phone has a mind of its own! I continue!

And the smell lessened between courses. Day 3 of 2nd course and smell is coming back and still cow pats.

She's on 4 scoops pink powder which did improve the smell but what else would anyone recommend? Thanks
