Best postage options for saddle ?

I sold a saddle a couple of years ago and used a courier company who had a separate option specifically for saddle but can't find the name of the company which us annoying as so easy ! They collected the box and it was so quick and efficient.

So, apart from parcel force who have you used and recommend ?

I've used hermes with zero problems.

I usually just get a quote from parcel to go or parcel monkey.

Always send tracked and insured at buyers cost so they can claim not received or damaged

I've used Direct Courier Solutions successfully a couple of times before. They have a saddle option in their sporting goods section.

Actually yes DHL I ordered a rug on Tuesday and it came through them on Thursday very impressed, I don't like hermes waited 6 weeks for a rag fork once then 2 turned up.

I use Hermes for items frequently and have never had a problem.

I have posted saddles through Hermes and Parcelforce, neither was an issue.
