The piddly Sec A has yet again managed to break a lead rope...Its only 2 months old :( and all he did was jump backwards.

Why are things getting to be such bad quality yet the same price! So, recommendation for a lead rope that wont snap, and wont rust (I have one thats a year old but is rusted shut!)

Horsewear do some nice quality ones. I also rate the John Whitaker ones (red white and blue) and slightly longer

I have one from Lidl that has outlasted all my others. I don't like the colour so I keep hoping it'll break but it stubbornly carries on year in year out! It must be about 8 years old now.

My whitaker one is pretty tough have the matching padded headcollar and like the strong fittings on this too, survived 2yr of my wild horse flailing around on the end of it. there nice and long too and quite soft on the hands
