I need to sell my Cheval Liberte trailer quite quickly as horse roughed off for winter, selling 4x4, and it is not going to be used and I pay for it to be parked at yard.
However it is not a cheap/bargain trailer ;) so where is the best place to advertise?
Have put on preloved (as free), made ads with photos and emailed to friends in case they know anyone looking. So which site would you rate for selling decent trailers quickly?
Thanks

Any ideas of best site anyone?

Can't offer food encouragement as still sat at my desk  but would be grateful of sites that people have had sucess with, so I can sell quickly and not spend a fortune advertising on different sites :D

When I advertised my Bateson, I put it on Horsemart (I think it was £10) and Preloved for free.

I had a response within 12 hours from Preloved and sold to that person, so then removed it from Horsemart before I even got any responses. I'd say Preloved is your best bet, make sure you have all key words in the title/description so people find it when they use the search :)

Sold our lorry on Horsedeals... Got a huge response and very reasonable £££ to add, and refresh when you want online - top tip, place on a Friday evening sonora near the top for the weekend, and pay the following week to bump it back to the top again.
We also advertised on Horsequest but it's more expensive. The other thing I'd add, is have decent photos of each side, the interior, front and rear.
I alsomset up a warts and all photobucket account with photos of every blemish and conceivable angle (may ne overkill for a trailer)

Sorry for spelling mistakes - predicitve text.
Another place to advertise is on any local Riding Club Facebook pages. We have 3 in our area and it's free.
May be worth targeting a specific Market I.e Dressage, as the show season is now over and some may not be buying till next year now.

sold mine on Preloved within a week. It was a £3000 IW505 Classic. Lady came from Devon on Sunday. I also had it on gumtree, freeads, BD classifieds and all the facebook groups i could find. Didn't pay a penny to advertise and got the full price I wanted - v happy!

I sold my cheval liberte last week after having ads on h&h and horsemart for weeks and weeks. I got hardly any interest for what I though was a bargain - a 1 year old trailer with aluminium floor and in immaculate condition.

Got half what I paid for it new a year ago!

Slightly sickening but it had to go to pay for my new trailer.

Not that helpful to you I'm afraid, think you may struggle due to combination of season and cheval having a bad rep after the floor fiasco. Have seen lots of new ish ones on ebay for around £3k that get zero bids and just get re-listed.

ah, the benefits of a good old Ifor Williams. I got £395 less than what I paid for it brand new 4.5yrs ago. Pretty good considering I've used it 3 times a week since then!
