Best reasonably priced m/w turnout?

As above really - my darling thug of warmblood has shredded his, and while I have spare l/w and h/w, for some reason I only have one m/w? Anyway, the rug repair service I use, although good, takes weeks to send them back - so I need something for the interim. Any suggestions? Prefer either no neck or detachable. Cheers :D
 
I'm pleased with my Amigo Mio 200g for £30, but if yours is a rug shredder, then the 600D outer probably won't be strong enough, in which case I would probably go for a Premier Equine (they have a sale on currently, not all sizes though), or an Amigo 1200D if I could find one at a reasonable price.
 
Cool, thanks for your reply. He's never been a rug trasher in the past, but who knows if this is a newly acquired habit?:D!

Do you happen to know how the sizing on the premier equine ones comes up? He's usually a 6" 9", but certain brands seem to come up a bit small on him?
 
Ah, mine's 6'9 too... I find them a nice fit on my chunky 16.1 Section D. I use a 6'9 in all his rugs, and I've found the Premier Equine fit the best. The Amigos are a little bit like a mini-skirt on him and a bit tight around the chest, and the Robinson's Requisite rugs always used to slip back and pull really tight around his neck.

I was gutted to miss out on the 70g and 40g rugs in the PE sale as he could've done with them too.
 
Give www.ftsrugs.co.uk a try. My beastie has had their Turnout and Stable rug since September and the turnout out on 24/7 since September and so far so good :)
The Medium Weight turnouts are £37 and include courier delivery :) Got mine the next day :D
