Best scissors for trimming

My cob has the thickest mane, tail and forelock … has anyone found some round tipped scissors which are any good?? The ones in the tack shop are cheap - but rubbish. Thinking of it as an investment, so don’t mind paying.

I bought some proper haircutting ones from amazon - the tips aren't rounded as such but aren't sharp, and they cut really well. Think they were under £10 too!

Thanks. I’m looking at professional dog grooming scissors as I really want the blunt ends!

Another vote for the smart grooming ones. I used to like the Roma ones with the black plastic handles but the last few pairs I’ve tried have been blunt pretty much after using them once!

I use professional hair dressing scissors, they aren't round end though.

Good idea to look at dog grooming ones, I might do that when I need a replacement pair!
