I'm finding that now I'm actually sitting up in the saddle and riding my lad properly I'm starting to have a couple of problems :o
The first is that due to having prominent seatbones my bum is very sore after about an hour! :o
The second is that no matter what undies I wear they ride up so high I could practically spit them out :D

So if anyone could advise on which seat savers and knickers I could try that would be great!

lol, I have a HM one that I have had since I was 14 (am now nearly 30 ) so never actually tried anything else.

tesco do a stretchy ladies boxer type pant, one size fits all lol, they are great to ride in! You could always try feeding your bum first so it's not so hungry lol

Get yourself some cycling padded liner shorts from Wiggle or Chain Reaction Cycles. They are for cyclists but save many a womens bum and dont see why it would not do the same on a horse saddle.

I swear by my Heather Moffat seat saver. I have a really small, bony bum so find most saddles (however nice) uncomfortable.

I ride in whatever underwear I have on - usually french knickers, but I wear thin stretchy jodhpurs now instead of full seated breeches which I find so much more comfortable.

I want to try endurance tights next - as I believe you can get them with padding, might be worth a try?
