best solution??

ive recently just had back shoes put on my mare as she was getting a bit foot sore, the reason she didnt have them on before as she brushed her other foot which left a scar before i bought her and now she started doing it again on the other leg but she keeps knocking the same cut which is not healing. ive tried over reach boots to stop her doing it but they are resting on the cut and making it worse. has anyone got any ideas of what i could do?

where zabout on the leg is the brush? pastern, fetlock or shannon?

have you tryed a sausage boot?? they should stop her from brushing but depends on what area she is doing it in. worth a try tho.

Sausage boot for sure, yes they can stay on in field.
Correct schooling can help to stop it in ridden work
