Panache Sport. But you must get it fitted. I'm usually a 30DD in every day bras. In this bra I'm 30F My boyfriend did the 'wobble test' with me jumping up and down & he said that it felt like a mans chest (not sure what 30F mens chest he has been feeling lately - but we'll let that one slide!) I don't dread sitting trot anymore and it does up like a normal bra. Go on the bravissimo website to have a look. x

For technical tops I got a really good Berghaus one from Go Outdoors. Tried the ones from Tog 24 and Decathlon and they aren't as good.

Wow! Lots more good ideas - just what I was hoping for. I will follow them up, many thanks. I won't quote you all as the post would be mahoosive, but thanks particularly for the advice about M&S, Lidl and Secret Sales/ Brand Alley. The ebay tops are bargainous too - I've never been much of an ebay aficionado but I obviously should have a closer look. Lovely colours. The cat and the car both contrived to conk out this morning at not a little expense (off they went to the vet and garage respectively), so now I'm definitely bargain hunting.

Also just want to add:

For best wicking tops, just dab your ageing tee shirt between your equally ageing protuberances (though only slight ones) and hope that you can pass them off as horse gobs.
