For humans :) Can anyone recommend anything that is truly waterproof and doesnt come unstuck the first time you fill up water buckets. Have a cut on index finger that really needs to be covered but cant find anything to stay in place whilst doing horsey chores!

The only plasters I have ever found to really stay on are the very expensive Compeed blister plasters (or any other brand that uses this tech). They are probably overkill for a cut on a finger (well, unless like most horse people a cut on the finger is in fact sliced it half off!), but they are utterly brilliant at staying in place - you leave them on for days when healing blisters!

Thanks guys. Its actually more of an issue in the office as its right where I hit the keyboard which keeps opening it up. At the yard I use a bit of vet wrap or gaffa tape over a baby wipe which works quite well until it gets wet! |Never found anything which is actually up to the job so will try Compeed, these delicate little plasters are all very well for normal folk but just dont cut the mustard where horses are involved :)

For indoor non-wet use, Micropore is superb, but the branded stuff rather than the own-brand.

Only thing which might work for dipping in water is a finger off a latex or vinyl glove with duct tape to seal...
