Best supplement for arthritis/navicular?

What products do you all use for arthritc conditions? My horse has arthritic changes in her coffin joint and is loosely classed as navicular. Just wondered whether one was more rated than the rest?

I use devils claw on my girl which is supposed to act as a sort of pain barrier I think. I also use nettles which is supposed to be good for arthritis. I prefer to use natural things on her and so far, so good.

(Joint supplement - is there one better) Look at this post just a bit down the page! Any of these should help, i use Mobifor for my Lad who also has arthritis of the Coffin joint!

I use Cortaflex daily, but if she seems to be in more discomfort, like when the ground is hard, I use Pernamax as it has more of an immediate effect.

I use Mobifor, its been really good for my horse with arthritis in his pastern. I might start using Pernamax as well, if they go well together I need to look into it more.
