Best supplement for cracked hooves

i use naf biotin for my horse, he had trouble keeping his shoes on when i first got him and now his feet are great, not to expensive aswell

Not a supplement, but either Kevin Bacon hoof dressing or Effol hoof ointment are brilliant. Apply them at least once a day (twice if the feet are really bad) and you'll see a huge improvement.

hiya,I've got horses that are mainly kept at grass. Last year was horrendous for cracking hooves due to the wet summer. This year,if there is a prolonged hot spell,I apply kevin bacon once a day around coronet band. If wet,I don't apply anything as there is enough moisture in the ground.

Its not a science really but wet weather followed by heat wave causes dry and brittle hooves.
